Frequently Asked Questions

1) If I sort my tarps first will it save me any money?

    No, since we only charge for the tarps we actually repair, it's worth sending us all your tarps.  Even a tarp that looks really bad might be able to be repaired and good tarps that don't require any work, get a fresh stencil at no charge.

2) Do you stencil my Gin's name on all the tarps?

    Yes, we will stencil it in any color you want, and the letter size is from 3 - 6 inches.  We also stencil your name on the side of the tarp and again on the top of the roll for easy "in-field identification".

3) What happens to tarps that are beyond repair?

    We dispose of them for your or we can return them to you and of course, there is no additional charge.

4) How do you determine if a tarp can be repaired?

    If our work can make the tarp functional again; that's a repair. Small holes or a small rip or two in the netting is considered a minimal repair and there is no charge for those.

5) Why do you charge C.O.D.?

    This helps you control your spending and benefits both us and you.

6) What materials do you use in your work?

    We use only the highest quality materials in our repairs:

Straps and Buckles
Ropes and Rings
Skirting
Netting
Tarp Patches for holes

We use quality replacement materials and we repair tarps back to the condition they were in when purchased.
